Once your Return is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you via email that you shall be eligible for the return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the corresponding sum shall be credited to you within 30 days from the date of return.
In the event the sum is not credited to you within 30 days please follow the following instructions before you contact us:
First, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
A tentative pick up/delivery date/time will be provided along with your order confirmation email. The delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. The exact pick up/delivery date shall be provided to you when the date and time is confirmed by our logistic partners. Alternatively, registered customers may track their order by clicking track order hyperlink on our website.
